Summer barbecue buffet for your event

Make your summer unforgettable and enjoy our seasonal BBQ buffet. Whether as a summer party, company celebration or culinary accompaniment to your conference, we will spoil you with aromatic fish and meat specialities, refreshing salads and fruity-sweet desserts. Served in our newly designed Winter Garden with 80 seats inside and 20 seats and 32 standing places on the terrace, your event at the Gastwerk Hotel will be a unique barbecue experience.

Our BBQ buffet includes

  • Grilled food: various sausages, marinated beef steaks, Jamaican jerk chicken, prawns in banana leaf, feta cheese in parchment, grilled corn on the cob, grilled potatoes
  • Homemade salads: Caesar salad, Cole slaw, salad with goat's cheese, asparagus salad
  • Homemade sauces and dips: tomato and chilli butter, red onion chutney, sweet chilli sauce, Béarnaise sauce, Chimichurri, Dijon mustard, Aioli
  • Dessert: Berry crumble with vanilla cream and roasted almonds, Panna cotta with coconut milk, grilled pineapple with honey ricotta
  • Drinks: Four-hour drinks package for beer, wine, prosecco, soft drinks and coffee, afterwards additional drinks will be charged according to consumption

Exclusive price for July and August: € 112.00 per person / regular price: € 124.00 per person
The offer is valid for a minimum of 40 people. The food is prepared in the kitchen and served in chafing dishes. On request and subject to availability, we also offer a live barbecue station.
